Guidelines For Your Visit

Reservations
In order to reserve your appointment, you will be asked to provide a credit card account number at the time of service booking. Please note cancellation charge policy below.

Gift certificates cannot be used to reserve appointments.

If you have special health concerns, known allergies (such as nuts, shellfish, latex) or are pregnant, please let us know when booking your service so we may make your experience comfortable.

Because appointments are made for spa services on a first-come first service basis, advance reservations are recommended.

When scheduling your appointment, please indicate if you have a preference for a male or female professional.

While the Spa makes every effort to honor specific therapist requests, due to unforeseen circumstances requests cannot always be guaranteed.

For group reservations of 4 or more, it is necessary to speak directly with reservations concierge.

Cancellations
The services you select are reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, the Spa requires 48 hour notice, or 50% of the service price will be charged to the credit card account on file. All no shows and cancellations same day of scheduled service must be charged the full service price.

Couples (2) and groups (3+) require 72 hour notice

Groups of 3 or more having service packages require one week notice of cancellation.

In Consideration of our service schedule, and because of advance reservation demands, we do strictly enforce the cancellation charge penalties.

Gift Certificates
Birthday? Anniversary? Holiday? Just because you care?

Gift Certificates are a wonderful idea for any occasion. They may be purchased over the phone or at the spa desk for any amount.

Gift Certificates are not refundable, but may be transferred.

Gift Certificates expire one year from date of issue.

Guidelines for your visit
It is necessary to arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time so we may ensure that your service begins on time.

It is necessary to arrive 60 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time if you wish to enjoy the showers, eucalyptus steam, cedar sauna, therapeutic whirlpool and atrium, and use the fitness center during your visit to Paradise Valley Spa and Fitness.

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable service time. In consideration of our next guest, your service will end on time regardless of when your service began.

Day passes to Paradise Valley Fitness center are offered as a courtesy. Guests must register before working out.

Cell phones and pagers are strictly prohibited in service areas.

Please shower prior to massage and body treatments.

Bathing suits or towel wraps must be worn in steam rooms and saunas. Bathing suits must be worn in co-ed whirlpool.

It is recommended to minimize food and drink intake one hour before scheduled service.

For your comfort, be sure to visit the restroom before your service.

For exfoliating and steam treatment, it is recommended to avoid shaving 24 hours prior.

Pregnant women should avoid steam and heat treatments. Please inform desk at time of scheduling.

Guests will be provided robe and sandals for their visit, and may enjoy our private twilight relaxation lounge as part of their spa experience.

Complimentary snacks, tea, juice and water are available in the Spa lounge.

To ensure your comfort, your body will be properly covered and draped during your service.

If you are uncomfortable for any reason during your service (i.e. too cold or hot, need to visit restroom), please let our professionals know so we may make your experience completely enjoyable.

Those guests under 18 will be asked to provide written parental consent.

Please leave valuables and personal items at home. Paradise Valley Spa and Fitness cannot be responsible for lost items.

All Service Experiences offer: Robe, Sandals, Complimentary Paraffin Hand Treatment and use of Paradise Valley Spa and Fitness facilities with Eucalyptus Steam, Cedar Sauna, Whirlpool Atrium, and Fitness Center. Vanity amenities provided for your visit.
